We had a metrotile roof fitted on our conservatory which when it rains it leaks we can not get no warranty info off these or those who fitted the roof, i spoke with glen there who was very helpful and then completely ignored us dozens of emails and voicemails left and no call back i would avoid and use a reliable supplier rather than these.. Below is follow up to mark who has commented on the review. The roof was leaking I supplied photos to metrotile these was forwarded to Glenn your technical guy who said the roof was installed wrong Glenn spoke with the company that fitted the tiles and told them what needed to be done to put it up to the correct standard, Glenn said to me once you have a date for them coming out contact me and we will send somebody out from metrotile to inspect the roof and issue your warranty, the roof was refitted I emailed photos to Glenn with no reply i then tried emailing on at least 20 different occasions left must be upwards of 50 voicemails on the mobile number you called me off rang the office number at least 20 times you completely ignored us. I have since since emailed mark who guess what yes ignored us. I finally spoke to mark who visited our house and gave advice.

After checking out the market for a replacement conservatory roof, I found Metrotile. I picked their shingle range due to the ease of fitting. The product is great, and the company video's made it a straight forward d.i.y job. They also took back the unused tiles for a full refund. I would totally recommend this supplier.

Because it’s not good for business to lie to the customers and take money out of your account with no authority would be considered fraud! Beware of this place as you will get your money stolen!! No consideration for people who don’t have extra money to get items needed as they won’t refund money in the same time frame as taking it out your account!!
